Our 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon seems impenetrable in the glass, offering a dark, inky ruby color with an intriguing blend of berry and stone aromas. But the generous palate explodes with piles of red, blue and purple berries seasoned with a touch of licorice and chocolate – sweet, tart and succulent all at once. Our 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with inviting wood aromas and cocoa on the nose, layered with black fruit and a touch of cola. The palate bursts with ripe blackberries, prunes, and boysenberries, brightened by delicate mint and warm oak spice. The tannins are firm but graceful, supporting the rich fruit through the long finish.

Our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and exceedingly rare treasure, thanks to the deer who devoured half of our crop before harvest. Ripe purple and black fruit aromas on the nose open into a plush palate of boysenberry, plum and mocha. Velvet tannins add extra richness to the mouthfeel, and smooth the way to a soft, chocolate finish.

Grapes were harvested in the cool early morning hours to ensure clusters arrived at the winery in perfect condition. After destemming, a whole-berry fermentation lasted 8 days. A gentle basket press separated wine from the skin cap, capturing nearly free run juice.

With 20 months in barrel and over 5 years in bottle, the 2003 Delgadillo Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon has been beautifully aged in ideal cellar conditions before its release. A fantastic vintage with only 163 cases produced.

Richly textured, this vintage is a thrill to enjoy today. Appealing blackberry, juicy cherry and waves of velvety mocha. Only 92 cases produced.

We are very pleased to present the 2001 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Only 245 cases of this inaugural release from Delgadillo Cellars were produced. Be sure to order early, as we do not anticipate this vintage to be available for long.
